II. Job requirements and description
Develop a marketing strategy for the company’s products and services
Implement, monitor, maintain, develop, and evaluate the effectiveness of proposed sales & marketing strategies while monitoring market trends to direct all marketing activities of the business.
Establish and manage a human resources team, coordinate with relevant departments to implement effective projects, build a partner network, build, manage and develop a Marketing team
Plan, control, and develop budgets for marketing activities such as research and development, investment return provisions, and profit and loss according to approved plans
Build and position the brand for the business, Establish and maintain relationships with the media, press units, etc.
Research and analyze competitors.
Research demand for products/services, understand the market and identify target customer segments.
Develop and manage advertising campaigns, Monitor online marketing and content marketing strategies

Identify Customer requirements and meet these requirements, and ensure the entire organization is aware of new Customer requirements for the Company’s products and services. III, jurisdiction
Coordinate with leaders and departments within the company to carry out work responsibilities

Sign and approve documents and business plans; regulations and decisions on administration, management and handling of business activities within the scope of expertise.
Review and approve financial expenditures in business operations on the basis of economic plans and norms approved by the CEO for each subject according to the principle of ensuring quality and operational efficiency.
Request the Directors or Managers of Business Units, Heads of Departments and relevant Departments to implement the Company’s Business Objectives, Policies and planned tasks approved by the Director. At the same time, require them to report activities periodically and unexpectedly when necessary.
Sign and approve reports on the implementation of tasks within the scope of responsibility.
Right to sign leave, leave, discipline, reward, salary increase for marketing department staff (for Marketing Department, the right to propose to the company’s Director).
