RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OF MARKETING DIRECTOR

I. Candidate requirements

  1. Gender: Male or Female

If female: No children <3 years old, no plans to have children in the next 2-3 years

  1. Age: 25-35
  2. Accommodation: Priority is given to those who have household registration in Nghe An and can work offline at the company’s office in Vinh City – Nghe An
  1. Expertise: Graduated from University with a major related to Sales & Marketing or graduated from a different major but have 3-5 years of experience working in sales & marketing
  2. Foreign Language: Fluent in English communication, with TOEIC certificate> 650 or IELTS:> 6.0
  1. Have extensive knowledge of Sales & Marketing, have experience in building marketing strategies in all aspects (Branding, products, distribution,…) have extensive understanding and experience in using digital tools digital communication channel.
  2. Priority is given to candidates with experience in searching, developing markets, negotiating and building special customer relationships with European and American markets and developed countries in Asia, especially in the field of fiber production, textiles, sustainable fashion and new materials.
  3. Have good communication skills, leadership skills, personal skills, research skills and technology skills.
  4. Have a sense of responsibility, dynamism at work, agile, enthusiastic and creative, professional working style, decisive, disciplined, humble
  5. Love jobs related to production, agriculture, environment, sustainable fashion, new materials,… flexible in time and able to move.

II. Job requirements and description

  1. Develop a marketing strategy for the company’s products and services
  2. Implement, monitor, maintain, develop, and evaluate the effectiveness of proposed sales & marketing strategies while monitoring market trends to direct all marketing activities of the business.
  3. Establish and manage a human resources team, coordinate with relevant departments to implement effective projects, build a partner network, build, manage and develop a Marketing team
  4. Plan,  control, and develop budgets for marketing activities such as research and development, investment return provisions, and profit and loss according to approved plans
  5. Build and position the brand for the business, Establish and maintain relationships with the media, press units, etc.
  6. Research and analyze competitors.
  7. Research demand for products/services, understand the market and identify target customer segments.
  8. Develop and manage advertising campaigns, Monitor online marketing and content marketing strategies
  9. Research demand for products/services, understand the market and identify target customer segments, Identify potential customers, build customer journeys
  10. Identify Customer requirements and meet these requirements, and ensure the entire organization is aware of new Customer requirements for the Company’s products and services. Coordinate with the Production Director to develop specific policies for the Company’s Customers; Manage and maintain close relationships as well as customer care.
  11. Report to the Company Director periodically once a month on the status of task performance and, when necessary, promptly consult with the Director, ensuring that business operations are not stagnant and  damaged, Report summarizing activities within the scope of responsibility according to the Company’s Finances, Carry out authorized tasks in the absence of the Director.
  12. Responsible for building and implementing research and development programs as well as training and coaching in the company, Training and applying science and technology in business activities, Participating in company events , ensuring corporate culture.

III, jurisdiction

  1. Coordinate with leaders and departments within the company to carry out work responsibilities
  2. Have the right to interact directly with leaders, departments, and divisions in the company to fulfill the requests of the board of directors
  3. Sign and approve documents and business plans; regulations and decisions on administration, management and handling of business activities within the scope of expertise.
  4. Review and approve financial expenditures in business operations on the basis of economic plans and norms approved by the CEO for each subject according to the principle of ensuring quality and operational efficiency.
  5. Request the Directors or Managers of Business Units, Heads of Departments and relevant Departments to implement the Company’s Business Objectives, Policies and planned tasks approved by the Director. At the same time, require them to report activities periodically  and unexpectedly when necessary.
  6. Sign and approve reports on the implementation of tasks within the scope of responsibility.
  7. Right to sign leave, leave, discipline, reward, salary increase for marketing department staff (for Marketing Department, the right to propose to the company’s Director).

IV.Reporting and authorization

  1. Weekly and monthly reports
  2. Unscheduled reports when required
  3. Report work to the company Director.
  4. Delegate work to the Marketing Manager.

V. Working Conditions:

  1. Working time: Full Time
  2. Weekly off time: Saturday, Sunday
  3. Holiday time: According to general regulations of the state
  4. Equipment: PC
  5. Work at the company’s office with your own desk
