Ecofa is the world leader in pineapple fibers and has a commendable position in the market for innovation and pioneering. Our product portfolio includes pineapple cotton fiber, pineapple yarn, blended natural fibers, pineapple fabric, pineapple leather of natural origin, moisture wicking, soft feel and completely biodegradable. Extremely versatile and easy to blend, pineapple cotton fiber is widely used in apparel, home textiles and nonwoven applications.

Idea generation and dissemination is encouraged through dedicated forums such as:
+ Odyssey: A platform where unit/business leadership teams brainstorm, present and shortlist ideas for implementation. The goal is to create and unlock value beyond budget targets by exploring levers such as productivity, quality, cost, procurement/logistics, sustainability, and more.
+ Pride in innovation – the plan encourages idea generation and innovation across the business.
+ In manufacturing units, low-level meetings and town halls are held regularly to share ideas between leadership and employees. The units also carry out “suggestion plans” to capture ideas from stores
+ Annual community meetings where village leaders and leaders participate to share community-building ideas and solve problems
+ We also maintain multiple touchpoints across our sales/marketing ecosystem to support new ideas, application development, process improvements, and more. Examples include our events/exhibitions/trade shows, fashion studios.
